* Age ≥18 years old (at the time of HAST)
* Clinically stable
* Hypoxic altitude simulation test, scheduled as part of the clinical care
Exclusion Criteria:
* Inability to provide informed consent
* Being part of a clinical trial, which would exclude patients who are taking part in other studies including observational studies.
