* Diagnosed as dyslipidemia by doctors
* Having lipids test and record within one months
* Diagnosed as hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidaemias and has been prescribed Crestor® 5mg or 10mg
Exclusion Criteria:
* Unable or unwilling to provide the Inform Consent
