Inclusion Criteria:
* to practice systematic physical exercises at least three times a week over the last six months;
* healthy young adults, aged between 18 and 25 years;
* agree to participate in the study by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion Criteria:
* musculoskeletal injuries in the lower limbs;
* pregnancy.
