Inclusion Criteria:
* Preterm neonates \< 34 weeks of gestation
* Birth weight \< 1500g
* Admitted to NICU within 24 hours of birth
Exclusion Criteria:
* Major congenital malformations (especially CNS anomalies)
* Severe perinatal asphyxia
* Neonates with congenital infections (TORCH)
