* Patients scheduled for abdominal aortic surgery under general anesthesia
* American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA I-III.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with a history of previous abdominal surgery.
* uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, major cardiopulmonary disease.
* psychiatric illness .
* allergy to study drugs
