* Patients with a histological confirmation of adenocarcinoma of the prostate
* Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (confirmed by histology of lance biopsies or TUR-P)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with rectal extirpation
* Patients with renal or bladder tumors
