* Asymptomatic medical employees of E. Meshalkin National Medical Research Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation
* Filled questionnaire before SARS-CoV-2 testing
* Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal testing for SARS-CoV-2
* Signed informed consent
