Inclusion Criteria:
* no greater than 12 weeks gestation upon recruitment (based on the date of their last menstrual period)
* have regular access to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
Exclusion criteria:
* Greater than 12 week gestation up on recruitment (based on the health care provider's assessment)
* Underweight (BMI \< 18.5) at baseline
