* Advanced stage IVa or IVb NSCLC patients histologically diagnosis.
* Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance status 2 - 4
* Treatment-naive
Exclusion Criteria:
* Initiate treatment before initiate
* psychiatric illnesses, except depression
* pregnant or breastfeeding women
* two concomitant neoplasms
