Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* ESRD patient receiving hemodialysis three times per week,
* being at least 18 years old,
* being able to read and write Arabic.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental retardation,
* those who regularly used psychopharmacological, pain or sleeping pills,
* or received psychotherapy
