Exclusion Criteria:
* refused to sign informed consent
* pregnant and breastfeeding
* has severe chronic comorbid diseases (cancer, diabetes mellitus, systemic blood diseases, neuralgia, suffering from mental illness or legally incompetent, e.g.)
