Inclusion Criteria:
* All children and adolescents (≤ 18 years old).
* who have underlying kidney disease.
* laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection who developed AKI during the hospital stay but lacked evidence of pre-existing kidney disease.
