Inclusion Criteria:
* Left ventricular ejection fraction ≤45%
* NYHA III/IV
* ASA III/IV
* Undergoing CABG or valve replacement surgeries
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Patients with body mass index (BMI)\>30 kg.m2and \<15 kg.m2.
2. Patients with LVEF≥45%
3. Patients already on inotropes
4. Anticipated difficult airway
5. Central nervous system disease
6. Psychiatric disorder
7. Liver disease
