Inclusion Criteria:
* Diagnosis of COPD or Pulmonary Fibrosis
* First time participants in Pulmonary Rehabilitation program
Exclusion Criteria:
* Dementia
* Prior significant psychiatric illness
* Inability to complete the questionnaires
* Inability cooperate with spirometry
* Inability or to participate in outpatient follow-up over the six-month
