* Patients older than 60 years scheduled for general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
* Mitral regurgitation or stenosis \> I°
* Sp. mitral valve repair or replacement
* Pericardial effusion
* Atrial fibrillation/flutter
* Patients with pacemaker
* BMI \> 35 kg/m2
