* At risk for falls
Exclusion Criteria:
* Poorly controlled hypertension
* Home oxygen use
* Contraindications to resistance exercise
* Contraindications for NMES use
* Dementia
* Other medical condition precluding patient participation in this study as per medical judgment of study team
