Inclusion Criteria:
* current psychiatric hospitalization for suicidal thoughts and behaviors
* 18 years or older
* ability to speak and read English
* plan to continue outpatient treatment
* access to means for viewing videos (computer, tablet, smartphone)
Exclusion Criteria:
* current psychotic symptoms
