* Age \> 18 years
* Patient with suspect lung node, needed surgery
* Signed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Too deep node
* Severe co-morbidities : respiratory insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency
* Major emphysema
* Patient with only one lung
* Pregnant women
* Breastfeeding women
* Patient with cognitive and psychiatric troubles
