* fulfill 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis
* age over 19 years
* methotrexate user
* agree for vaccination with shingrix
Exclusion Criteria:
* have other form of inflammatory arthritis or autoimmune-mediated disease
* malignancy, current infection, pregnancy
