* Outpatient treatment disposition
* Permanently reside in the Baltimore Metropolitan area
* Willing to sign informed consent \& be randomized
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant
* Concurrent diagnosis of Sexual Assault
* Unable to communicate/complete study procedures
