Inclusion Criteria:
* Scheduled thoracic resection Surgery for lung- or esophagus cancer. For lung cancer patients, at least one lung lobe has to scheduled for resection
Exclusion Criteria:
* Known Diaphragmatic Dysfunction
* Neuromuscular Disease
* Pleural Effusion \> 1cm
* Pneumothorax
* Known Phrenic Nerve Palsy
