* Clinical suspicion of SAHS
* Use of Smartphone and internet
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe hypersomnia
* Central apneas or other sleep disorder
* Previous CPAP treatment
* Unstable diseases
* Profession of risk
* Not able to complete questionnaires
* No written informed consent
