* Any child from 6 months of life to 15 years old
* Presumptive TB according to diagnostic criteria
* Informed consent provided by legal responsible or companion
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients who have received TB treatment for \> 1 day in the last 3 months
* Informed consent not provided by legal responsible or companion
