* All patients with neurosurgical pathology requiring surgery in which tumor resection might be evaluated by using biopsy.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant women
* Inability to give informed consent
* History of allergy to fluorescein
* Patients on beta-blockers or ACE inhibitors
