Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients who had curative surgery for cancer rectum.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), multiple synchronous or metachronous rectal cancers, and death within 3 months
* Patients that lost follow-up will be excluded.
