Inclusion Criteria:
* Children with idiopathic toe-walking
* 5-15 years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous treatment for idiopathic toe-walking, such as, Achilles tendon surgery, casting, orthotics, and BTX treatment.
* Flexion contracture beyond -10 degrees in the ankle
