* Established PSC diagnosis according to the IPSCSG definitions
* Age ≥ 18
* Able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Post LTx
* Known allergy for MRI contrast agents, implants non-compatible with MRI or extreme claustrophobia causing discontinuation of MRI studies.
