Primary Objectives
* To demonstrate efficacy of combination tivozanib and nivolumab in advanced non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma (nccRCC).
Secondary Objectives
* To assess the safety and toxicity of combination tivozanib and nivolumab.
* To estimate the duration of clinical efficacy
