Detailed Description:
Inclusion criteria
* Age\> 18 years
* Hospitalized to Siriraj Hospital
* Infected caused by A. baumannii
* Need Colistin treatment
Exclusion criteria
* Pregnancy or Lactating mother
* Colistin or Fosfomycin Allergy
* Patients who have severe abnormal renal or liver function
