Description: Histopathologic samples obtained during standard-of-care surgical treatment will be processed, evaluated, and stored in accordance with routine clinical practice and applicable local regulations. All specimens will be retained solely within the framework of standard diagnostic procedures and institutional archiving policies, and will not be stored or retained exclusively for research purposes.
