Description: Oropharyngeal aspirations will be carried out as part of the care provided to infants receiving respiratory support, according to the protocol used in the department. Oropharyngeal aspirations will be collected in the first 12 hours of life (D0), and at D7, D14, D21.

Stool samples will be collected at D7, D14 and D21 using sterile spatulas in sterile powder trays.
