Description: Nasal and throat swabs will be obtained and combined for viral culture, rapid antigen testing, and PCR. Specimens obtained from hospitalized subjects will be tested for influenza A \& B viruses by viral culture, rapid antigen testing and Real-Time Reverse-Transcriptase PCR (RTrtPCR) analysis.
