Population Description:
Of the 249 participants enrolled in the study, only 243 were included in the analysis (POINT arm=157; Standard Care arm=86).
A total of 6 participants, including 2 participants from the POINT arm and 4 participants from the Standard Care arm, were excluded from the analysis because they were unable to be matched to administrative records.
