Population Description:
Thirty-one subjects were recruited, eight were excluded: 3 (withdrew consent), 5 after PSG (3 for lack of bruxism on PSG, 2 severe OSA on PSG with an AHI \> 30 / hr). 19 females were randomized. 21 reported some temporal-mandibular pain. 13 randomized to BoNT-A and 10 randomized to placebo \& completed.
