Population Description:
Main study: safety population included all participants exposed to at least 1 dose or part of a dose of the study treatment during current study regardless of the amount of treatment administered. Sub-study: enrolled population included all participants who signed the informed consent/assent and had a treatment kit number allocated and recorded in the interactive voice response system/interactive web response system database, regardless of whether the treatment kit was received or not.
