Population Description: The Full Analysis Set (FAS) consisted of 5661 patients and consisted of patients in the Randomized population who were not mis-randomized patients. Out of the 5669 patients randomized, a total of 8 patients were mis-randomized, 4 from each treatment group. Following the intent-to-treat (ITT) principle, patients in the FAS were analyzed according to the treatment they were assigned to at randomization.
