Population Description: Baseline analysis population is the Full Analysis Set (FAS); all subjects randomised to treatment, received at least 1 dose study drug or, per protocol, not treated due to ferritin \<100 mcg/L, and attended at least 1 post-baseline visit with at least 1 non-missing assessment. Overall 626 subjects were randomised, the FAS consists of 613 subjects.
