Population Description:
All participants who have been randomised to study treatment and who have received at least one dose of investigational product were included irrespective of their protocol adherence and continued participation in the study and with non-missing data at baseline and the analysis timepoint. Participants were analysed according to their randomised study medication assignment, irrespective of the treatment actually received.
