Population Description:
A total of 36 patients (11 patients in the Usual Care group and 25 new patients in the NKTR-118 25 mg group) had either: a) previously or concurrently participated in the NKTR-118 program at another study center; or b) were randomized at sites where data integrity issues were identified. These patients were excluded from the Safety analysis set.
