Population Description:
Of 668 consecutive patients with a positive heparin-PF4 ELISA test, 225 were excluded, primarily due to lack of recent heparin exposure. Of 442 eligible patients, 71 had HIT-T, 284 had Isolated HIT and 87 had no HIT.
