Population Description:
315 individuals provided consent and 273 met all eligibility criteria and enrolled in Phase I. Of these 32 (11.7%) withdrew during treatment phase I, leaving 241 participants who completed the 1-week assessment and were randomized to receive additional treatment components in Phase II. The Phase II baseline information is provided.
