Population Description:
Randomized Sample consisted of all participants who were randomized in Phase B. Phase A+ Sample consisted of all non-randomized participants who were Phase A Responders or Phase A Non-responders, and who continued on Stimulant + single-blind placebo beyond Week 5. As pre-specified in the protocol and statistical analysis plan (SAP) the data is reported for Phase B and Phase A+ participants.
