Population Description:
The Modified Intention to Treat Population (mITT) included all randomized subjects with the following exception:
1. Subjects who experienced a surgical adverse event, defined as ≤14 days post-implant, requiring investigator mandated antiplatelet therapy;
2. Subjects who expired, are transplanted, or withdrawn within 14 days of implant.
