For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.
Adverse Events Module path is as follows:
Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Groups
Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Serious Events
Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Other Events

| Panitumumab | Panitumumab administered by a central line infusion over 1 hour 15 minutes on days 1 and 15 of each 4 week cycle. The starting panitumumab dose is 6 mg/kg, the total dose may be rounded up or down by no greater than 10 mg. The panitumumab dose is calculated based on the subject's actual body weight at each visit. Panitumumab is diluted in a minimum of 100 mL of pyrogen-free 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The maximum concentration of the diluted solution to be infused should not exceed 10 mg/mL. | 20 | None | 0 | 20 | 20 | 20 | View |
