For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.
Adverse Events Module path is as follows:
Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Groups
Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Serious Events
Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Other Events

| Fulvestrant & Everolimus | Fulvestrant Day 1 \& 15 of Cycle 1, then Day 1 of all subsequent cycles (every 28 days for 12 cycles) plus everolimus daily x 12 cycles. Fulvestrant: Fulvestrant 500 mg Day 1 \& 15 of Cycle 1, then 500 mg Day 1 of all subsequent cycles (every 28 days for 12 cycles). If no evidence of disease progression after 12 cycles, unblind and continue same dose and schedule until progression or unacceptable toxicity. Everolimus: Everolimus 10 mg (2 tablets) daily x 12 cycles. If no evidence of disease progression after 12 cycles, unblind and continue same dose and schedule until progression or unacceptable toxicity. | 30 | None | 31 | 64 | 59 | 64 | View |
| Fulvestrant & Placebo | Fulvestrant Day 1 \& 15 of Cycle 1, then Day 1 of all subsequent cycles (every 28 days for 12 cycles) plus placebo daily x 12 cycles. Placebo: Placebo for Everolimus (2 tablets) daily x 12 cycles. Placebo manufactured to mimic everolimus tablet. | 21 | None | 5 | 65 | 38 | 65 | View |
