Adverse Events Module
For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.

| Perampanel + Current Anti-Epileptic Drug | Primary glioma patients will receive perampanel along with their current AED for a total of 20 weeks. Perampanel will be titrated from 2 mg in weeks 1 and 2 and up to 8 mg daily by week 5 if well tolerated by the patient. They will then receive a maintenance dose of 8 mg per day through 16 weeks. After 16 weeks, subjects will be tapered off perampanel over a 4 week period.
