Adverse Events Module
For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.

| Prolonged Sitting With Mental Stress | Participants will sit for 120 min prior to being exposed to mental stress Following 10 minutes of supine rest, participants will switch to an upright sitting position and remain seated for 120 minutes while watching a documentary. Following the 10 minutes quiet rest the participants will be subjected to a 5 minute mental arithmetic test. Mental Arithmetic Test: The researcher will call out a four-digit number and ask the participant to subtract either 7 or 13.
