Adverse Events Module

Adverse Events Module

For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.

Adverse Events Module path is as follows:

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Groups

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Serious Events

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Other Events

E-101 Solution 300 GU/mL Participants received 8 mL of E-101 Solution at pMPO concentration of 300 GU/mL applied topically twice to surgical wound site. The first topical application occurred just after incision to the level of the rectus fascia or linea alba without penetration through the peritoneum and the second topical application occurred just after closure of the rectus fascia or linea alba but prior to closure of the incisional wound. 2 None 57 248 180 248 View
Placebo (Saline Solution) Participants received placebo (saline solution) matched to E-101 Solution applied topically twice to surgical wound site. The first topical application occurred just after incision to the level of the rectus fascia or linea alba without penetration through the peritoneum and the second topical application occurred just after closure of the rectus fascia or linea alba but prior to closure of the incisional wound. 2 None 56 234 174 234 View
