Adverse Events Module

Adverse Events Module

For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.

Adverse Events Module path is as follows:

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Groups

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Serious Events

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Other Events

NCT ID: NCT04059094
Description: Treated set (TS): The TS included all patients who were randomized and treated with at least one dose of study drug. The treatment assignment was determined based on the first treatment the subjects received.
Frequency Threshold: 5
Time Frame: From Day 1 (baseline) until end of 4 weeks of treatment period (Day 29) plus 7 days of follow-up, up to 36 days.
Study: NCT04059094
Study Brief: A 4-week Study to Test Different Doses of BI 1265162 in Adolescents and Adults With Cystic Fibrosis Using the Respimat® Inhaler - BALANCE - CF™1
