Adverse Events Module

For researchers submitting trial data to ClinicalTrials.gov, the Adverse Events module is one of four mandatory results sections. It requires reporting in three primary categories: All-Cause Mortality: A table tracking all deaths that occurred during the study, regardless of cause. Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): A tabular summary of events resulting in death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalization, or significant disability. Other Adverse Events: A table for non-serious events that exceed a specific frequency threshold, such as 5% within any study arm.

Cyclosporine Patients with atopic keratoconjunctivitis were started with cyclosporine 0.05% ophthalmic eye drops, starting with 1 drop in both eyes 6 times daily for first month, followed by 1 drop in both eyes 4 times daily for the following month, then adjusted by clinician as needed for appropriate disease control. Cyclosporins : Cyclosporine 0.05% ophthalmic solution, 6 times in both eyes daily for first month, then 4 times in both eyes daily for next month, then dosage was adjusted based on clinical disease by investigator 0 None 0 12 0 12 View
